Job summary

Google is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its Technical Infrastructure legal team in Seattle, handling complex commercial transactions including data center development and energy procurement with a high degree of autonomy.

You will advise senior executives, manage external counsel, and partner with Legal, TI, and Cloud teams to align legal risk with business goals and drive innovative infrastructure initiatives worldwide.

Qualifications

• JD, LL.B., or equivalent practical experience in law.
• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or authorized to practice law in the state of position.
• 10 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or law firm with focus on cloud, data center, energy, or network infrastructure transactions.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate highly complex commercial agreements for Google’s technical infrastructure procurement and operation.
• Advise senior executives and business leaders, driving principled decisions on high-sensitivity issues.
• Build cross-organizational collaborations across Legal, Technical Infrastructure, and Cloud teams to ensure consistent legal approaches.
