Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Counsel for Technical Infrastructure to own complex commercial transactions related to data centers, energy procurement, colocation, and global networks. You will advise senior leaders and influence strategic decisions with autonomy.

As Corporate Counsel, you will be the legal expert for Google’s Technical Infrastructure, guiding risk, compliance, and policy across jurisdictions. You will partner with Legal, TI, and Cloud teams and manage external counsel.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree and bar admission in the position's state.
• 10 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or law firm.
• Focus on cloud, data center, energy, or network infrastructure transactions.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate complex infrastructure agreements.
• Advise senior executives on high-sensitivity issues.
• Build cross-organizational collaborations across Legal, Technical Infrastructure, and Cloud.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and drive regulatory compliance.
