Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Broad litigation experience at trial and appellate levels; class actions a plus.
• Experience working with organizers, policy advocates, and non-attorney staff.

Responsibilities

• Litigate racial justice issues with emphasis on public safety and related areas.
• Lead and supervise litigation teams and coordinate with community partners.
• Draft petitions, briefs, and pleadings for state and federal courts and the Supreme Court.
