• Expertise in corporate governance, securities law, finance, and SEC reporting.
• Proven track record advising C-suite executives and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce governance policies and board materials.
• Support 10-K/10-Q/8-K filings and SEC disclosures.
• Counsel on GAAP/IFRS, financings, and capital markets transactions.
• Oversee internal controls, SOX compliance, and outside counsel budgets.
• Partner with Investor Relations and Internal Audit on risk and reporting.
