Qualifications

• 7–15 years of legal experience with a preference for energy or renewable sectors.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Combination of large law firm and in-house experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters related to renewable energy.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Support acquisitions, joint ventures, and integration activities.
