Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in MA.
• 10+ years’ life sciences industry experience (in-house and/or large law firm).
• Deep knowledge of US/global R&D and Supply Chain law and regulations.
• Experience drafting and negotiating a range of agreements (license, CTAs, supply, MSAs, consulting).
• Ability to provide pragmatic risk-based recommendations to R&D, manufacturing and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business legal advice to R&D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain leaders.
• Negotiate and manage a broad range of agreements including supply, quality, license and clinical trial agreements.
• Lead and mentor the legal team and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry law changes and communicate implications to the business.
