Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Gaming Control Board seeks an Assistant Chief Counsel to provide legal support on procurement issues, research projects, and contract matters. You will prepare memoranda and review documents to support agency decisions.

You will interact with state officials and legal professionals, perform legal research, and draft materials for Board matters while maintaining public trust and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of law and admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Regulatory oversight experience is required.
• Experience in Commonwealth procurement, contract drafting, and legal research.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on procurement issues and support agency decisions.
• Review legal documents and materials for accuracy and compliance.
