Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of law and certificate of admission to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
• Experience in regulatory oversight, Commonwealth procurement, contract drafting, and research.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Employment is contingent upon background investigation and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on procurement issues and support agency decisions.
• Review legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Draft memoranda, legal documents, and Board materials.
• Evaluate legal questions from routine to moderately complex.
• Interact with officials and the public in a clear, respectful manner.
