- Advise on the legal aspects of secondary and GP Stakes transactions.
- Assist with fundraising and review investor-facing documentation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel.
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting Strategic Partners.
