Blackstone seeks a senior attorney in New York to work on hedge fund investing and structuring within BXMA. You will structure, negotiate, and coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to advance funds and portfolio investments.

The role requires a J.D. and at least four years of relevant experience, with strong drafting and communication skills to interpret legal and business terms. A competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• J.D. degree required.
• Minimum of four (4) full years of law firm and/or in-house private investment fund work experience.
• Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills; ability to interpret legal and business terms.

Responsabilidades

• Structuring, negotiation, and formation of BXMA’s commingled and customized funds and portfolio investments.
• Negotiation and execution of direct and indirect investments within BXMA’s strategies.
• Substantial interaction with BXMA internal business groups and external clients.
• Management of external counsel.
• Negotiation and review of various legal documents.
• Ongoing review of regulatory developments affecting BXMA’s business.
