Job summary

Sanofi invites an experienced attorney to join the Law Division as Assistant General Counsel for Policy, Strategy & Litigation in a senior, high-visibility role.

You will help shape internal positions on drug pricing and government programs, lead affirmative litigation and advocacy efforts, and coordinate with leaders across business and policy teams to advance Sanofi’s interests and patients’ access to medicines.

Qualifications

• J.D. required from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 8+ years of experience in complex litigation and policy strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to master complex, unfamiliar subject matter quickly.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape Sanofi’s internal positions across pricing, policy, and litigation strategy.
• Lead environment-shaping strategy with cross-functional partners across Law Division.
• Monitor federal/state developments and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
