Responsibilities

• Define internal legal positions on drug pricing and government programs and shape policy strategy.
• Provide litigation strategy counsel across the Law Division’s docket and coordinate with policy teams.
• Lead day‑to‑day 340B program implementation and related regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across business, policy, and communications to advance pricing reform.
