HCA Healthcare is seeking a Senior Counsel Payer Contracting to provide expert legal guidance on managed care agreements. You will draft, redline, and negotiate terms while ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinating with outside counsel on disputes.

You will collaborate with the Legal Department and Parallon, support pre-litigation matters, and interact with Communications, Government Relations, and Compliance teams as needed.

Competenze

• 10+ years of relevant legal experience with managed care or health care agreements.
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the Tennessee Bar.

• Provide legal advice on Managed Care Agreements.
• Prepare redlines to reflect business objectives.
• Negotiate terms of Managed Care Agreements.
• Analyze payor policies for compliance with agreements.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and operations counsel on disputes.
• Collaborate with the Legal Department and Parallon on pre-litigation matters.
• Interface with Communications and Government Relations on related matters.
• Engage with Ethics and Compliance to meet FDA/CIA reporting requirements.
• Participate in legal training for business personnel.
