Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar in good standing.
• 12+ years in corporate law with M&A and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex corporate transactions, drafting and negotiating deal documents.
• Oversee board/shareholder resolutions and corporate governance.
• Coordinate with cross-border teams on regulatory filings (CFIUS/HSR).
• Provide day-to-day legal advice on ink and chemicals businesses.
