Quality One seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to work with the General Counsel and senior leadership on a broad commercial and transactional portfolio, including MSAs and strategic agreements.

You will build scalable contract-management processes, support governance, and assist with mergers and acquisitions across multiple business units.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of in-house or equivalent experience, a Juris Doctorate, and are in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Formación

• Must be a member in good standing with the State Bar of Florida or eligible for in-house counsel certification.
• 5–10 years of relevant legal experience in corporate/commercial matters, preferably including in-house or large-firm experience.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and transactional agreements (MSAs, customer/vendor, services, 3PL, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, strategic partnerships).
• Partner with sales, operations, logistics, manufacturing, procurement and finance on day-to-day legal matters.
• Support corporate governance and entity compliance (governing documents, board actions, annual filings, records).
• Develop, review, and maintain internal policies, procedures, and customer-facing terms.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other strategic transactions (diligence, drafting, closing, integration).
• Help build scalable contract-management and legal-operations processes.
• Identify risks and provide practical solutions aligned with commercial objectives.
