Responsibilities include collaborating with management on defense strategies and negotiating with regulators and external counsel to protect the firm’s rights, integrity, and professional image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in law or related field.
• Doctor of Jurisprudence required.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Kansas.
• Exceptional communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work through complex issues with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation for the firm’s clients.
• Provide accurate and timely counsel to executives across topics.
• Keep current with changes in laws and contribute to knowledge base.
• Draft and solidify agreements and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with management to devise defense strategies.
• Communicate with regulators and external counsel to maintain trust.

Education
