Job summary

The Cromeens Law Firm invites experienced attorneys to lead their own caseload within a supported platform. You’ll run your practice with autonomy, manage client matters, and receive infrastructure, clients, and administrative support from the firm.

After training, enjoy a hybrid schedule with a steady pipeline and paralegal backing, plus payroll, marketing, intake, billing, and collections handled for you. This is more than a traditional associate role—it's ownership within an established firm.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license is required.
• 3+ years of legal experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from intake through resolution.
• Provide legal counsel and representation in construction law matters.
• Work closely with a team of paralegals.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with leadership on case strategy and firm initiatives.
