Qualifications

• 12+ years of labor and employment law experience.
• Experience advising employers on complex employment matters.
• Substantial labor relations experience, including NLRB proceedings and labor arbitrations.
• Strong expertise in federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Experience serving as a trusted legal advisor to executives and HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and employment legal counsel to HR, business leaders, and executives.
• Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and litigation strategy.
• Develop compliant and scalable employment practices across the enterprise.
• Advise on risk mitigation and practical business solutions in a multi-state environment.
• Oversee outside counsel and manage legal budgets and spend.
