Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel (Employment & Labor) to partner with HR and operations across its multi-state portfolio. The role handles agency charges, pre-suit letters, litigation management, and day-to-day employment advice.

You will report to the General Counsel, collaborate with outside counsel when needed, and help shape policies, investigations, and compliance programs while supporting business leaders with practical legal solutions. Travel approx. 10%.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 3–5 years of employment and labor law experience at a law firm, in-house, or both.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment disputes from charges to litigation and arbitration.
• Advise on leave, accommodations, and return-to-work issues.
• Manage outside counsel and coordinate with HR and leadership on policy and investigations.
