Qualifikationen

• Juris doctorate from an accredited law school.
• At least 9 years of commercial and transactional law experience.
• Experience supporting IT and digital transformation contracts including AI, software licensing, and SaaS agreements.
• Experience managing internal attorneys.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, drafting, negotiation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Excellent judgment and ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to lead transactions and projects.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and high professional integrity.

Aufgaben

• Draft, negotiate and interpret key IT and commercial contracts.
• Negotiate complex global and cross-border contracts (SaaS, software licenses, AI-related agreements).
• Directly and independently negotiate contractual language with third parties.
• Manage internal attorneys involved in contracting.
• Collaborate with procurement and other corporate teams across functions.
• Establish and maintain agreement processes, controls and standard forms.
• Provide rapid, business-oriented contract advice to business clients.
