PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Counsel in its Asset Management Group. The role may be based in Birmingham, AL, or other major hubs, delivering legal guidance on IRAs and retirement accounts with an emphasis on ERISA compliance and fiduciary duties.

You will coordinate with bank and brokerage partners, manage outside counsel, and advise operations and sales on complex tax and regulatory matters affecting retirement products.

Qualifications

• Substantial IRA experience and subject-matter expertise.
• Advice on operations and sales regarding applicable law (IRC, ERISA, DOL, IRS).
• Knowledge of ERISA fiduciary duties, plan assets, and disclosures.
• Experience with retirement accounts, distributions, inherited IRAs and related issues.
