Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel for the Intelligent Infrastructure segment, based onsite in St. Petersburg, FL. Lead negotiations on product development, manufacturing, and services agreements, while advising business partners on risk allocation and regulatory considerations.

The role reports to the Lead Counsel for Intelligent Infrastructure and may supervise professional staff as needed. A JD and Florida bar admission are required, with 3–5 years’ experience in product or

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from ABA-accredited or foreign-equivalent law school.
• 3–5 years of legal experience, including product counsel or manufacturing/supply agreements.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, especially manufacturing, supply, or development.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving approach.
• Willingness to participate in calls with global teams outside normal Eastern U.S. hours.

Responsibilities

• Draft, redline, and negotiate global customer and supplier contracts, including manufacturing and services.
• Draft and negotiate ancillary agreements (SOWs, quality agreements, license, tooling agreements).
• Advise business teams on commercial risk allocation and dispute resolution with SMEs.
• Partner with sales, finance, and operations to structure new transactions.
• Develop understanding of Jabil’s contract manufacturing models and risk profiles.
• Supervise outside counsel as needed for specialized matters.
