You will partner with commercial, procurement, operations, finance, and executive leadership to draft, review, negotiate complex agreements and enable innovative supply chain solutions. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited or foreign-equivalent law school.
• Active bar admission in Florida in good standing.
• Minimum 3–5 years of legal experience with commercial transactions.
• Experience advising and negotiating complex agreements across manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of complex commercial agreements (customer, supplier, manufacturing, procurement, services).
• Advise cross-functional teams on contractual, operational, financial, and regulatory considerations.
