Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to support its Asset Distribution Services. This role partners with commercial, procurement, operations, and customer teams to drive growth while managing legal risk and scalable processes.

You will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, advise on risk, and help integrate acquired businesses. This role requires a J.D., Florida bar, 3–5 years of applicable experience, and the ability to advise senior leadership.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited school.
• Active Florida bar in good standing.
• Minimum 3–5 years of legal experience with significant commercial transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to support transactions and initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risk while aligning with business priorities.
• Develop scalable legal processes, standards, and governance for the organization.
• Partner with commercial, procurement, operations, and finance teams to standardize contracting practices.
• Advise stakeholders on contractual and commercial considerations for customer solutions.
