Job summary

Coursera + Udemy seeks a senior in-house lawyer to own high-profile enterprise deals at the intersection of GTM and platform strategy. You’ll lead drafting and negotiation for complex B2B tech agreements and advise senior stakeholders across GTM, Product, and Sales.

Hybrid, in-office three days a week (Tue–Thu) with flexibility on Mon and Fri; based in the US (SF/Denver/Austin). You’ll work with AI governance, data privacy, and licensing frameworks to enable scalable partnerships.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience negotiating complex B2B technology agreements including GSI, channel, reseller, alliance, and enterprise platform deals.
• Ability to advise cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and Executives.
• Experience embedding data privacy and AI governance into commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Take primary ownership of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements across global partner ecosystems and enterprise SaaS licensing.
• Advise senior business stakeholders on deal structuring, risk allocation, and commercial terms.
• Develop scalable legal frameworks to support self-serve and low-friction commercial motions.
• Support product teams to align legal with product development and GTM initiatives.
