Job summary

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with bar admission in at least one U.S. State.
• 15+ years of leadership in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements.
• Experience with cross-border transactions, M&A, and joint ventures.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and executive advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal workstream on domestic and international transactions from strategy through post-closing integration.
• Draft, structure, and negotiate a wide range of complex agreements and documents.
• Counsel senior management on transaction risk, governance, and execution strategy.
• Coordinate global legal teams and oversee outside counsel with budget discipline.
• Develop templates and playbooks to improve transaction speed and quality.
