You will oversee a team of lawyers, collaborate with compliance and regulatory functions, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on risk and litigation impacts.

• J.D. required with 15+ years of experience managing litigation.
• Experience with litigation, regulatory matters, and cross-functional programs.
• Proven leadership of a litigation team and external counsel relationships.

• Oversee and manage a team of legal professionals to ensure timely handling of matters.
