Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active California bar license required.
• 8+ years in litigation, focusing on general liability and insurance coverage.
• Proven ability to manage full case responsibilities including discovery and trial.
• Experience leading and mentoring litigation teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop case themes and strategies for defense against plaintiff arguments.
• Handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials independently.
• Collaborate with attorneys across experience levels and maintain client communications.
• Mentor junior attorneys and lead litigation teams on high-exposure matters.
• Foster relationships with existing and prospective clients.
