Tyson & Mendes in Los Angeles seeks seasoned senior litigators with a defense mindset and a track record managing high-exposure matters. Active California bar license required; you’ll guide teams, mentor junior attorneys, and shape trial strategy.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school.
• Licensed to practice in your state (CA preferred).
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including discovery and trial prep.
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials.
• Develop a compelling case themes and strategy.
• Lead and mentor junior attorneys and litigation teams.
• Communicate regularly with clients and cultivate relationships.
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys.
