Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult business on legal issues and implications of potential decisions.
• Maintain knowledge on laws around payment services, crypto, blockchain, and DeFi.
• Identify and analyze impact of new rules on business decisions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and documentation.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams to achieve objectives.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Provide other legal services as needed.
