You will support programs used by the United States and allies, including the F-15, F-16, KC-46 and C-17, and address complex legal matters with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with government contracting (FAR/DFARS) and related regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal legal advisor to Fighter & Mobility executive leadership, PMO, and support functions on all legal issues related to engine programs within the Fighter & Mobility portfolio.
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, industrial participation agreements, and other agreements with the U.S. Government, foreign governments, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as primary legal advisor for all legal and corporate governance issues relating to numerous Pratt & Whitney international sites and entities.
• Lead the resolution of disputes arising from or related to Fighter & Mobility engine programs.
• Collaborate with attorneys for other Pratt & Whitney program areas and functional areas to ensure coordinated, seamless support for the Fighter & Mobility programs.
• Support in-person events and/or classified engagements, which may require occasional travel to Pratt & Whitney locations.
