Page Executive in New York City seeks an experienced attorney to provide legal support for equity finance, including margin lending, equity repo and delta-one swaps. You will work closely with business units to draft, negotiate and maintain financing and securities documentation.

The successful candidate has a US JD, NY Bar admission, and 8–10+ years of practice, ideally spanning a top AmLaw firm and in-house financial services experience.

Qualifications

• JD from a US law school and NY Bar admission are required.
• 8–10+ years of practice, ideally split between a top AmLaw 100 firm and in-house in FS.
• Strong margin lending, equity repo and delta-one experience is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of securities regulations including Dodd-Frank, Reg T and Reg U.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to business units on equity sales and trading, focusing on equity finance.
• Support fund financing, margin lending, equity repo, securities lending and delta-one swaps.
• Offer guidance on margin lending regulations and compliance with FINRA rules.
• Draft and negotiate credit/loan agreements and related fund financing docs.
• Draft and negotiate securities financing documents (MRAs, MSLA, MCAs) and maintain templates.
• Collaborate with Credit, Market Risk, Collateral, Operations and other stakeholders on risk matters.
