Job summary

As part of a virtual-first Legal team, you will counsel stakeholders, draft and negotiate complex agreements, and stay abreast of evolving trends to advance the organization’s objectives and protect its mission.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of legal experience with focus on compliance, IP, data privacy, corporate governance, or contracts.
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-approved law school and active Bar membership.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice for leadership.
• Strong communication and digital literacy in virtual environments.
