Qualifications

• JD required with a strong academic background.
• 10+ years of legal and analytical experience in data center or related industry.
• Proven track record negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience guiding revenue, product, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to revenue, product, and marketing teams on contracts, leases, IP, advertising and data privacy.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including sales, licensing, SLAs, partnerships, and leases.
• Lead cross-functional legal strategies while minimizing risk.
• Manage litigation related to sales, product, marketing, and real estate.
• Develop legal policies and educate internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external counsel for consistency and cost efficiency.
• Support governance and compliance programs for the firm.
