Based near Cosm’s Los Angeles area office, the position requires in-person work with occasional travel. The base salary range in California is $160,000 to $215,000 per year, with the offered package reflecting equity and experience.

Qualifications

• Law degree with big firm corporate/M&A training.
• Interest in enterprise risk, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Fluency with emerging AI tools and practical process redesign.

Responsabilités

• Lead equity and debt financings and M&A from term sheet to closing.
• Support governance with board materials, resolutions, and corporate records.
• Partner with finance and auditors on enterprise risk and internal controls.
• Set standards and guardrails for AI use in Legal.
