Qualifications

• Must be active and in good standing to practice law in at least one state (Montana or South Dakota preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate law group required.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective counsel regarding business and legal issues.
• Research and interpret laws applicable to Zoot’s businesses.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and licenses.
• Mentor junior lawyers within the Legal Group.
• Communicate legal advice directly to senior management.
