Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Michigan; Bar ID required at application.
• Strong background in construction law and contract review/negotiation.
• Experience with construction or engineering industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal leadership to CEO and executive team.
• Advise on legal risk, compliance, and strategic decisions across daily operations.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and Equans North America GC on strategy and reporting.
• Support risk mitigation for construction projects and contracts.
• Review and markup contracts for legal and commercial risk; advise project teams.
