Job summary

Top Echelon LLC in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Associate or Of Counsel to join a sophisticated business litigation practice. You will own complex commercial matters, shape strategy, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

The ideal candidate has at least eight years of litigation experience with a substantive business litigation background, strong judgment, and the ability to operate independently while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of litigation experience in business litigation.
• Ability to manage complex matters with limited supervision.
• Strong writing and advocacy skills.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management.
• Experience mentoring junior associates and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex business litigation matters from start to finish.
• Develop case strategy, assess risk, and guide strategy aligned with client objectives.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery materials, and other high-level litigation work product.
• Take and defend depositions and support hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
