Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 8+ years of litigation experience in business litigation.
• Ability to manage complex matters with limited supervision.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Experience taking and defending depositions; trial prep.
• Excellent client communication and strategic judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex business litigation matters from start to resolution.
• Develop case strategy, assess risk, and advise clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
• Supervise juniors, supervise calendars and budgets.
• Lead client communications and matter staffing.
