Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Senior Counsel - Business Attorney to join its corporate and transactional practice in Omaha, Nebraska. This in-person role is ideal for an attorney with a strong private-practice background who enjoys advising closely held and middle-market businesses.

You will counsel on succession planning, governance, and mergers and acquisitions, while mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating across practice areas.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar admission.
• Minimum of 6 years of private practice experience.
• Experience with closely held businesses, including succession planning, governance, and M&A.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
