BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced employment law attorney to join its team in Omaha, Nebraska. The successful candidate will handle a variety of matters, including litigation and counseling, for employer clients in a collaborative, dynamic office.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of employment law experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsel employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and procedures.
• Represent employers in administrative proceedings.
• Handle employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims.
• Provide advice on labor relations, workplace investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Stay updated on employment law developments and provide proactive advice to clients.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on employment law topics, such as harassment prevention and compliance.
