Cardinal Health is seeking a practical, collaborative healthcare attorney to serve as Senior Counsel, At-Home Solutions. You will support DMEPOS, home-based care, and hospital-at-home initiatives, focusing on commercial contracting and strategic relationships across the At-Home portfolio.

The role emphasizes business-focused judgment, effective communication with leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities during periods of acquisition and transformation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare legal experience, including DMEPOS, healthcare distribution, medical products, logistics, home-based care, pharmacy, or similar regulated businesses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day commercial legal partner for At-Home Solutions businesses.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements across customer, supplier, vendor, manufacturer, distribution, services, technology, logistics, and strategic relationships.
• Advise on contract risk, new services, commercial models, operational changes, and contracting strategies.
• Identify legal/compliance issues and escalate significant risks appropriately.
• Support strategic projects, integrations, technology implementations, and service launches.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Marketing, Sourcing, Operations, Sales, Regulatory, and Compliance teams.
