Qualifications

• J.D. and active State Bar in good standing.
• 10+ years of M&A integration, legal ops, and complex commercial transactions.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
• Strong understanding of global privacy laws in SaaS.
• AI-forward mindset with experience applying AI to legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end legal integration of acquired entities across functions.
• Identify integration risks during due diligence and shape the integration roadmap.
• Serve as central legal contact between Commercial Legal and Privacy, Security, Product, and Finance.
• Facilitate executive outreach and provide updates on milestones and blockers.
• Streamline post-close transition of customer and vendor contracts.
• Develop scalable AI-enabled integration playbooks and templates.
• Proactively identify and remediate legal/privacy risks during integration.
