Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph capability.
• 10+ years of experience with COTS development tools supporting system integration and APIs.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL with complex queries.
• Experience with data conversions and migrations in COTS platforms.
• Working knowledge of HTML.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain application programs and interfaces within the COTS suite.
• Support daily operations across HR, Financials, and CRM data systems.
• Utilize BI and integration components to drive modernization and enhancements.
• Develop and connect APIs to external systems.
• Coordinate requirements and ensure alignment with business and technical goals.
