Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior COTS Developer to support a mission-critical NGA program. You will develop and maintain COTS-based applications, write complex SQL for reporting, and collaborate on BI and integration components to modernize systems.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance, a CS/IT degree (or equivalent experience), and extensive experience with COTS tools, APIs, and data migrations. Expect a high‑tempo environment supporting national security missions.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI and polygraph.
• 10+ years of experience with COTS development tools for system integration, APIs, and configuration control.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL; experience with complex relational queries.
• Experience with data conversions/migrations within/between COTS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain application programs and interfaces within the COTS suite.
• Support HR, Financials, and CRM systems; write/optimize SQL for reports.
• Work with BI and integration components; support API development and system integration.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align development with requirements; ensure data integrity.
