Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior COTS Developer to support a mission-critical NGA program. You will design, modify, and maintain COTS-based applications, build interfaces, and write SQL to extract data for reports while enabling BI and system integration.

Eligible candidates hold a TS clearance with SCI and polygraph, a CS/IT degree or equivalent experience, and 10+ years in COTS development tools, Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, and HTML. AWS SA/SAFe desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of experience with COTS development tools for system integration and APIs
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL with hands-on SQL for reports
• Experience with data conversions and migrations within or across COTS platforms
• Proficiency in HTML

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain application programs, components, and interfaces within the COTS software suite
• Support HR, Financials, and Customer Relationship Data systems
• Utilize COTS tools for modernization, resolve defects, provide Tier 3 support
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reports
• Work with BI and integration components of the software
• Support system integration and API development to connect COTS apps
• Perform platform customization, database and query management, and configuration control
• Support data conversion and data migration while ensuring integrity
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align development with business/technical requirements
