Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior COTS Developer to support a mission-critical NGA program. You will design, develop, and maintain components within the COTS suite, write complex SQL, and work with BI and integration tools to deliver operational reports.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI and polygraph eligibility, a CS/IT degree or equivalent, and 10+ years in COTS development, APIs, data migrations, and platform customization, with a focus on security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI and polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in IT/computer science.
• 10+ years of experience with COTS development tools and API integration.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL; strong SQL querying skills.
• Experience with data conversions and migrations across COTS platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain application programs and interfaces within the COTS suite.
• Support HR, Financials, and CRM systems of the business software.
• Utilize COTS tools to support modernization, identify defects, and provide Tier 3 support.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to generate usable reports.
• Work with BI and software integration components.
• Support system integration and API development to connect COTS apps with other systems.
• Perform platform customization, database and query management, and configuration control.
• Support data conversion and data migration ensuring data integrity.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align development with business/technical needs.
