Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team in a high‑visibility, global role. You will partner with marketing, HR, analytics, and other functions to optimize budgets and capital deployment from our New York hub.

You will lead monthly close activities, provide forecasts, and ensure SOX controls while supporting growth initiatives and contract negotiations across international sites. This is a hybrid position offering broad strategic influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of Finance experience.
• Experience in budgeting and planning; audit experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly close with journal entries, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Analyze YTD actuals and trend vs. Budget/LE for departments.
• Support audits and implement recommendations.
• Support Funding the Growth (FTG) initiatives.
• Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Provide scenarios and projections for new projects.
• Support indirect procurement during major contracts.
• Collaborate with Colgate BSCs in Warsaw, Mumbai, and Mexico.
