Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with a SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10 years of project or program management experience.
• Expert knowledge of Activity Based Costing (ABC) methodology.
• Experience with large data extracts and fee modeling.
• Strong Python, R, SQL skills; data visualization in PowerBI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Function as Cost Modeler/Senior Financial Analyst for the RMU cost model.
• Draft annual cost model updates per government requirements.
• Serve as costing expert for consular services and fee setting.
• Analyze unit costs under varying workload and policy scenarios.
• Maintain auditable cost model datasets across budget cycles.
• Train colleagues on model, data collection, and tooling.
