Kwaan Tech, LLC, a Cape Fox subsidiary, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst/Cost Modeler to support the Resource Management Unit for a federal government client. Responsibilities include managing the Cost-of-Service Model, updating cost data, and advising on fees to ensure cost recovery.

The role requires advanced data analysis, SQL/R/Python proficiency, and experience with cost modeling in a government context. Office-based in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• Experience with cost modeling in government contracting context preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Cost-of-Service Model (CoSM) software for RMU.
• Deliver annual cost model updates per Government POC requirements.
• Act as costing expert for consular services.
• Verify model assumptions and calculations for accuracy.
• Recommend fees to ensure cost recovery per laws and policies.
• Analyze unit costs under varying workload and policy scenarios.
• Maintain auditable cost model datasets across budget cycles.
• Integrate data from multiple sources using SQL, R, Python.
• Improve model structures for efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop SOPs for data collection, integration, and modeling.
